All textbook requests are handled by the BYU Bookstore or an outside vendor of your choice. BYU IS is not responsible for facilitating the acquisition of course related textbooks, nor is the seller responsible for collecting and distributing textbook fees. To purchase textbooks from the BYU Bookstore, the purchaser should contact the Bookstore at 1-888-454-6884 or online at the Bookstore's website (opens in a new tab). Payments for materials purchased from the BYU Bookstore should be sent to BYU Bookstore, I.S. Department, Provo, UT 84602.

Missing textbook
Hello, I made an order at the beginning of the semester for 2 items but I only received the first. I didn't say anything at the moment because I thought I would eventually get an email concerning the shipment of the second textbook. I am now requesting that I get the second item on the order SO278307 called 9780030312342 Qualitative Anal & Prop Of Ions 2E : 9780030312342 Qualitative Anal & Prop Of Ions 2E N. It will become necessary here in the second term of the semester.
dropped class and textbook
Hi there;
I just dropped my chem 105 class and had purchased the online text book and smart card...can I return this since I dropped the class early in the semester??
Chem481 online textbook
Hello, I just noticed that I was charged for the Chem 481 textbook for this semester. I opted out of the textbook, but it still has the charge. What do I do to get that charge taken away?
