Resubmission of Assignments and Exams

As a P.O. customer, the organization will need to decide whether or not they allow retakes to be billed on their purchase orders.

If the organization does not allow for payment of retakes on purchase orders, then the student will need to call in and give a credit card number as payment in order to take retakes. In these cases, the student should call 1-800-914-8931.

If the organization allows retakes to be paid for through purchase orders, then we ask that one individual be designated to complete the Retake Request Form for the educational institution. This will assist us in our efforts to provide you with accurate billing. Note: When more than one person submits requests for retakes the school district could be charged twice for the resubmit fee.

To order resubmissions or retakes, a representative from the organization should complete the Retake Request Form and submit it via fax or e-mail.

For questions on resubmissions you may call 866-741-9144 or e-mail ispo@byu.edu. Please identify yourself as a P.O. customer when you call.

Hi

 

I would like to retake one of my quizzes -- quiz 5 -- and the the $10 to do this has been now paid twice.   But I do not see the start button here to retake the quiz.  Could you please fix this and let me know

Hello, I recently paid to resubmit my assignment for the $10.00 USD. However, The button to add things and to resubmit has not changed back to blue.

        My name is Paul A. Porter III currently enrolled in the BYU Indpedent Studies for Visual Arts of 2022 - I am contacting the conselor or holder who is in charge of grading my assignments, Thomas Busby, to see if I could submit my Final Project. My Teacher, Mr. Busby, has stated that I would be able to resubmit my assignment but I do not see the blue icon which indicates if I am eligible for resubmitting assignments. I hope this email finds all who come in contact with this well and in hopes to be forwarded back to as soon as possible.

I submitted a video for my guitar class and found out I had missed a few things right after I turned it in. I tryed to resubmit it since it haden't been graded yet. The website didn't ask me for a fee or anything so I'm not sure if it didn't got resubmitted or if because it haden't been graded yet the resubmit was free. If anyone could help that would be amaizing!

There were some errors with scheduling my speaking appointment, and my instructor notified me to pay the resubmission fee so that I could take the final speaking appointment.

I have already made my payment for Assignment 3 resubmission, but it only says retry allowed and doesn't let me reupload. I have called multiple times for it to be fixed but it still doesn't let me resubmit. Please let me know what I can do.

While I was working on the Spanish Unit 1 speaking Exam it glitched in Goreact and cut my video short and only allowed me to have 4 seconds I now have a 0/100 for that test score and need to retake it. I really need to rush for it, please help me with this glitch so I can continue to the next Unit.

Hi, Im Mia Katz, I completed the proctored final exam but unfortunately didn't get above 6-%, I know I can retake it as their is an option to click "Retake this exam for a fee" and when I click it, it takes me to the sheet of all my graded assignments with no retake button. I have only done one attempt, and It has been graded and inputted into your system. I would appreciate a fast response as I want to complete this exam! Thanks!

Hi, my name is Sahasra, I finished my geometry part on final exam, but I didn't get the above 60%, and I'm looking for the option to retake it, or atleast where to submit the fee the retake. My name is Shiyu Zhu, and my BYU student ID is 101910427. Unfortunately, I did not pass the final exam for COMMS 230. According to the course syllabus, there may be an opportunity to retake the exam.
 
This course is very important to me, and I would be truly grateful if I could have the chance to retake the final exam. Could you kindly advise me on the retake process and let me know what specific steps I should take?
